Rio Pacheco
A technical engineer and the roadmanager of Jem and the Holograms. He first met Jerrica through her father, and is now her boyfriend. While he has also found interest in Jem, he has no idea that Jem and Jerrica is the same person. As Jerrica struggles to find a way to reveal her secret identity, Rio has made it clear that he hates deception and liars.
