Sunbow: Transformer BG

The Transformers is an animated television series written and recorded in America, but animated in both Japan and South Korea, based upon a line of transforming toys originally created by Japanese toy manufacturer Takara. These where later developed into the Transformers line by American company Hasbro. As I find in many 1980s series the animation was farmed out due to low budgets but also the expertise of the overseas animators. As the vast majority of surviving Transformers key master setups are permanently affixed (production cel & background) finding undamaged, backgrounds in nearly impossible, making them a rare and collectable item.
I think you will enjoy this section of my gallery as I have managed to obtain some very recognizable background paintings from the show.
